Note that the one difference between Foil and Non-Foil cards is that Mutual Non-Foil Alternate Frame Risk cards practice not be in Typhoon Booster packs, while foil versions practise.

Let's break down the odds by rarity!

Not-Foil Common (All Types)

• Total number: 101 Commons
• Number per pack: x Commons per pack
• Odds of opening a specific Common in a pack: 9.9% (or roughly 1 in 10 packs)

Non-Foil Uncommon

• Regular Frame, No Alternate Version exists: 51 Uncommons
• Adventure Frame, Regular Version: 9 Uncommons
• Adventure Frame, Alternate Version: ix Uncommons

Adventure Frame, Regular Version Uncommons appear at a 2:1 ratio against Adventure Frame, Alternate Version Uncommons. For instance, if yous open thirty copies of any given Uncommon Gamble, 20 of them will be Regular, and 10 volition be Alternating.

• Odds of opening any Adventure Frame Foil Mutual (Regular Version): one in 52 packs

Notes: And then, here's where the fun begins. The Alternating Frame Rare Foil Adventures are actually more mutual than the Regular Frame Rare Foil Adventures! The ratio is about one.3 to 1. For every xiii Alternate Frame Foil Murderous Riders out there, you'd have 10 Regular Frame Foil Murderous Riders! The Foil Rare slot is the merely slot where the Alternating Frame card is more mutual than the Regular Frame card! Foil Alternate Mythic Rares are almost twice as rare as Regular Planeswalker/Adventure Foil Mythic Rares.

Final Thoughts
